Management Team
Christiane Shousha, M. Eng.
Ms. Shousha received her BSc. in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo, Egypt, in 1993, and her M.Eng. in Computer and Systems Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1998. Ms. Shousha possesses extensive experience in software development, design and requirements analysis during her employment with CSC/AOL, Nortel Networks, Maximus and Arabsoft. She participated in the development of several large-scale enterprise applications including, but not limited to, AoL’s proprietary promotions rules engine, Nortel’s DDME-DtM, and the automation of Health Insurance Organization in Egypt with Maximus & ArabSoft.
Ms. Shousha also performed research and holds Publications in Performance Analysis and Design Pattern. Ms. Shousha has several IEEE and ACM publications. In addition to her role at RGITC, Ms. Shousha led Biometrics Place LLC., a woman-owned small business that focuses on assisting medical practices in implementing electronic medical records (EMR) and achieving Meaningful Use.
